Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini looks set to stick with his No 2 Costel Pantilimon after playing him in all the domestic cup games this season — including the Community Shield triumph over the Blues.
Hart was between the sticks for all of City's 2011 triumphant FA Cup run. He also took part in the League Cup semi-finals against Liverpool last season, which his side lost 3-2.
Mancini believes it would be wrong to swap the 26-year-old now and has upped the goalkeeper's training this week in readiness for tomorrow.
But one player he will be without is David Silva. The playmaker picked up a hamstring injury in Monday's derby win at Old Trafford.
A weak defence of their title has left them 12 points behind United with seven games left. Asked is their campaign will be viewed very differently depending on whether they can lift silverware or not, Mancini said: "Yeah, for sure.
"It is important for me, the players, the club because we have the chance to reach another final and to win another trophy."
The FA Cup gave the Etihad side their first trophy in 35 years when Mancini guided them to it in his first full season in charge. Last term he added the title.
