With the 2013 NBA playoffs set to begin this coming weekend, the Brand New York Knicks have added another expert to the mix, agreeing to terms with former Knick Quentin Richardson on Tuesday according to the team's public relations Twitter account: Richardson, 33, played formerly with Nyc from 2005 to 2009, and of late for the Orlando Magic. He was waived by Orlando before the start of 2012-13 period. The Knicks' roster now features nine people that are 30 or older. Richardson, who's known for his power to shoot from beyond the arc, has made 31 whole performances and 21 job playoff starts in the postseason. He performed in five playoff games with the Magic last spring before Orlando fell to the Indiana Pacers in the first round. The 6a6a firing guard-small forward is really a career 35.5 percent shooter from three-point selection and a percent outside shooter for his career in the playoffs. Despite struggling in recent periods, Richardson can still add off the table as a functional role player for a championship competitive team such as the Knicks. His capability to swing it from heavy and perform solid one-on-one defense on one other end of the floor makes him a quality exchange this time around of year.
